Organize Your Favorite February Pictures

One of the easiest ways to start organizing your digital pictures is to take five minutes each month to put your favorites in a "Best of" album! This will allow you to find and share your favorite memories in just a few clicks! 

I promise, this is so much easier than endlessly scrolling through your photo stream when you need to find that ONE photo, which may be your current strategy!  

If you haven't made a "Best of" album yet, now is the perfect time! Simply, follow the directions below: 

iPhone/Apple Users 

  1. Open the Apple Photos App from your phone 
  2. Click "ALBUMS" at the bottom of your screen
  3. Click the "+" sign in the top left corner
  4. Select "New Album"
  5. Give your album a title such as "Best of 2024" and click "SAVE"

 
Android/Google Photos Users  

  1. Open the Google Photos App from your phone 
  2. Click "LIBRARY" at the bottom of your screen
  3. Click the "+" sign in the top left corner to create a new album
  4. Give your album a title such as "Best of 2024" and click "DONE" in the bottom right corner

 

If you already have a "Best of 2024" Album, add your February faves by following the directions below:  

Make sure you only pick the best of the best or this will just become another place where you have a mess of pictures! 

iPhone/Apple Users: 

  1. Open the Apple Photos app from your phone 
  2. Click "LIBRARY" at the bottom of your screen
  3. Scroll up until you get to February 1st
  4. Click "Select" in the top right corner
  5. Select a FEW of your favorite photos from February
  6. Click the upload button (square with an arrow pointing up) in the bottom left corner of your screen
  7. Scroll down and click "Add to Album"
  8. Find and select your "Best of 2024" album 
  9. That's it! You're off to a great start in getting your pictures organized this year! 

 

Android/Google Photos Users  

  1. Open the Google Photos app from your phone 
  2. Click "LIBRARY" at the bottom of your screen
  3. Find and open your "Best of 2024" album 
  4. Click "Add Photos" under the title 
  5. Scroll up to February 1st
  6. Select a FEW of your favorite pics from February 
  7. Click "Add" in the top right corner of your screen 
  8. That's it! You're off to a great start in getting your pictures organized this year!
