Here's What to do With All Those Holiday Pics

Whether you spent the holiday weekend with friends, family or maybe even on vacation, you probably took a handful of pictures to capture all those great memories! 

Organizing your favorites now will only take you a few minutes and make finding and sharing your photos so much easier down the road! This is truly one of the best ways to start organizing your digital pictures!

HOW TO CREATE A HOLIDAY ALBUM:

Apple Users

  1. Open Apple Photos App from your phone 
  2. Click "ALBUMS" at the bottom of your screen
  3. Click the "+" sign in the top left corner
  4. Select "New Album"
  5. Give your album a title such as "Holiday Season 2023" or "Christmas 2023" and click "SAVE"
  6. Click on the photo(s) you want to add
  7. Click "ADD" in the top right corner
  8. As you continue celebrating, keep adding pics to your holiday album (directions below)

 

Google Photos Users  

  1. Open Google Photos App from your phone 
  2. Click "LIBRARY" at the bottom of your screen
  3. Click the "+" sign in the top left corner to create a new album
  4. Give your album a title such as "Holiday Season 2023" or "Christmas 2023" and click "DONE" in the bottom right corner
  5. Click "SELECT PHOTOS"
  6. Select the photo(s) you want to add
  7. Click "ADD" in the top right corner
  8. Click the blue checkmark in the top left corner to save your new album
  9. As you continue celebrating, keep adding pics to your holiday album (directions below)


Don't feel like you have to add every picture to your holiday album... that is how we create clutter that is hard to sift through! Just add your favorites! 

AND IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ALBUM, HERE'S HOW TO ADD MORE HOLIDAY PICS: 

Apple Users

  1. Open Apple Photos App from your phone 
  2. Click "ALBUMS" at the bottom of your screen
  3. Find and open your "Holiday" album
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click the "+" sign
  5. When your photo stream pulls up, click on additional photos you want to add to your album

 
Google Photos Users  

  1. Open Google Photos App from your phone 
  2. Click "LIBRARY" at the bottom of your screen
  3. Find and open your "Holiday" album
  4. Click "Add photos" at the top of your screen 
  5. When your photo stream pulls up, click on additional photos you want to add to your album
